Who it’s for
Organizations with good people and a program that isn’t working as well as it should. A clinic that grew faster than its systems. A performance department where medical, strength, and sport science each run their own way. A new program that needs to exist by next season. A leader who just inherited something and wants an honest read.
What you get
Most engagements start with a review: time inside your program with your staff, workflows, testing, and numbers, followed by a written picture of where it stands and a short, ordered list of what to change first.
From there I can build or rebuild what’s missing, including staffing and roles, workflows, client and patient pathways, credentialing, documentation, and what gets measured from day one.
Often the real work is integration: getting medical, strength and conditioning, and data people working as one system, with shared decision rules for return to sport and progression.
When testing is part of the problem, I help choose equipment, write protocols, and build reporting so the data reaches the people making decisions.
