I’m a board-certified sports physical therapist, a strength coach, and a sport scientist with an MPhil in biomechanics. My training took me from Louisiana Tech to St. Augustine, Ohio State, Louisville, Houston, and Auckland, and my work has run through Air Force Special Warfare, Army special operations, the Space Force, cruise ships, and university classrooms.
Along the way I’ve covered rugby, weightlifting, CrossFit, military training, and circus performers. What ties it together is building the systems that let people perform: the testing, the staff, the workflows, and the decisions.
